Mechanical Engineer

I am a mechanical engineer with over 25 years of experience in injection mould design, manufacturing, and precision machining.

I design moulds and products using Delcam PowerShape and PowerMill, creating advanced 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC programs, automated machining strategies, and custom macros for optimized CAM workflows. I also operate CNC machines including Okuma and Bridgeport, as well as wire and sinker EDM, surface and cylindrical grinders, and conventional lathes and mills.

I also provide professional training in CNC machining, CAM programming, and mould‑making workflows, helping engineers elevate their skills, optimize their processes, and achieve higher productivity.
